Owners David and Elaine are always on hand to give you that special attention you need for every detail of your party planning. Elaine is a certified Wedding Planner as well as a QBN certified balloon expert.
We take special orders and will go out of our way to find that

We will also design and create decorations especially for you, including unique centerpieces , balloon bouquets, arches , and invitations . We will also help you set up your decorations and make deliveries to your special event. We want to make sure that everything is perfect for your special day. |
